TITLE Select Themes in Scripture

DEPARTMENT Sacred Scripture, Hebrew and Greek

 
DESCRIPTION The objectives of the study-unit are:
(i) to focus on themes in Scripture studies that bridge the Old and New Testaments;
(ii) to investigate the arguments within the different blocks of literature in the same Testament.

Themes like the Passion of Jesus, the Eucharist, Personification of Wisdom will be investigated separately in different years in which the study-unit is given.

Recommended Texts:

Reading texts will be recommended by lecturers according to the theme chosen for the specific year.
