Workshop 1: Strategic Decision Game
Monday 8 April from 17:00-20:00
Engage in a hypothetical game-based workshop in which you will work in teams to make a series of strategic business decisions.
Workshop 2: Leading Strategic Change
Tuesday 9 April from 17:00-20:00
Participate in interactive activities on how to manage organisational change, difficult co-workers and other team dynamics.
Both workshops will be held at The Edward de Bono Institute, University of Malta. Places are limited and attendance is free of charge.
