Students who apply for an M.Sc. and who will make use of external funding, must inform Faculty Office about this in their application. Furthermore, if there is a deadline to submit applications to the funding body or if the funding body needs a notice of admission to the degree from UoM, Faculty's Postgraduate committee is to be informed accordingly, so that such applications can be prioritized if deemed necessary.
Students who intend to use human subjects as part of their research are obliged by regulations to first obtain permission from the University Research Ethics Committee. Please follow this link for more information about the procedures: http://www.um.edu.mt/urec.
