The Reference Collection is situated on Level 1 of the University of Malta Library. Reference books including dictionaries, directories, encyclopedias, handbooks, and atlases are consulted for specific bits of information. The Reference Department is a silent study area.
By offering its services and through providing regularly updated reference works, the Reference Department provides patrons with reliable information. This department also gives professional advice and instruction about using print and online information sources for research and learning.
