The Office for Human Resources Management & Development in collaboration with academic entities and administrative directorates, offers a variety of training opportunities for all UM employees.
This page is regularly updated with the latest dates and details of staff training events. We recommend bookmarking it for quick and easy access to the training schedule.
Please note that the schedule is subject to change throughout the year, as additional training opportunities may be added.
To participate in our training sessions, please complete the registration form, specifying the courses and dates you can attend.
Due to limited capacity, we encourage early registration. Participation is subject to approval by the Office for Human Resources Management & Development and your line management. Approved partcipant will receive an email confirming their attendance and course details by no later than one week before the training date.
If you are unable to attend the training and need to cancel your registration, kindly inform us via email as soon as possible. Late cancellations will only be accepted if a valid reason is provided. Please note that multiple cancellations or absences without valid reasons may affect your eligibility for future training opportunities.

After attending the training, you will receive an evaluation form by email. We look forward to read your feedback including any suggestions for further training that would benefit your daily work. Participants who successfully complete the training will be awarded a certificate.
