Abstract: The article presents the results of a study devoted to solving actual problems of implementing the concept of "green" development both at national and regional levels.&#xD;
The indicators of "green" development developed by international organizations are considered as a methodological basis for the creation of systems of monitoring and analyzing the processes of economy "greening", preventing and reducing current negative impact on the environment, increasing the efficiency of resource use in the context of carbon regulation.&#xD;
Assessment of the dynamics of the development of the Voronezh region has been carried out on the basis of selected indicators, and it has been concluded that the regional policy takes into account the necessary prerequisites for "green" growth, which determine the need to increase environmental, economic and social efficiency of activities, increasing the level of waste processing and reduce their producing.</summary>

Abstract: This article is a continuation of studies devoted to the interaction of the region and its banking system. The research object in this article is the banking system of the Rostov region, the Southern Federal District, and its impact on the acceleration of socioeconomic development of both the regions.&#xD;
The subject of the study is interaction of banks with the real sector of the economy and the population of the region. The authors analyzed the scientific sources exploring the interaction of the banking and real sectors of the economy and methodological approaches to the analysis of banking activities’s effects on the region and its socio-economic indicators.&#xD;
Based on econometric modeling, quantitative and qualitative regularities of the indicators are revealed. As a result, authors concluded that the growth in the total volume of profits received by existing credit institutions contributes to the growth of such important socio-economic indicators like Gross Regional Product, internal costs of research and development, labor productivity, fixed asset investments, per capita income, growth of deposits attracted by credit institutions, as well as the growth in the amount of debt on loans extended by credit institutions to legal entities and individuals.</summary>

Abstract: The article deals with issues of power squeeze on business in the context of criminal, political, criminological grounds both in the legal framework and legislative practices.&#xD;
Authors analyze the number of laws and regulations as well as the the drafts of Modernization concept of the criminal legislative in economy and the federal law "On amendments to legal acts of the Russian Federation due to the introduction of legal entities’ criminal and legal squeeze doctrine”.&#xD;
Authors illustrate the statistical data on the revealed crimes, criminal investigations filed and referred to court, data on gulty verdicts confirming the absence of such phenomenon as squeeze on business communities.&#xD;
Authors give the grounded conclusion on the liberalization of criminal legislation related to business activity in Russia using certain cases. Thus, the criminal policy pursued in Russia in the field of entrepreneurial activity bears no relation with excessive squeezing of business. And excessive publicity of redundancy of countermeasures to crimes in this field has no sufficient grounds.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Title: Rational use of forest as a renewable natural resource

Abstract: This article is devoted to the formation of a mechanism for the rational use of forests as a renewable natural resource, including transfer of forest areas in rent taking into account market indicators, advantages and disadvantages in the process of timber sales.&#xD;
The total income received in the form of fees for the use of forest fund and for the use of forests in 2016 in the Russian Federation is amounted to 24.4 billion rubles, which is 0.9 billion rubles (by 3.8%) more compared with the previous year.&#xD;
According to the state report of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology, in the reporting 2016 year this payment was received in the amount of 27.8 billion rubles, which is 3.4 billion rubles (almost 14%) more than in 2015.&#xD;
Thus, due to the fact that Russia's natural forest resources constitute powerful strategic competitive advantage in the world economic system, the article, on the basis of the system approach, reveals correlation between the level of rent payments and profitability from the sale of round wood, taking into account harvested and considered assortments, which allows forming forest payments on the basis of domestic and export market prices and as a result increasing financial contribution from the use of forests to the national budget.</summary>
