| Abstract: | Cassar discusses the history of Arabic teaching after it became abolished in the University of Malta in 1824. The “Sagra Congregazione de Propaganda Fide” decided that with the funds saved from discontinuing Arabic teaching in Malta, it maintained the same teaching in the “Colleggio Urbano di Roma.” |
