The Institute of Aerospace Technologies is pleased to announce the launch of a new diploma entitled Diploma in Aviation Maintenance. This is a two-year part-time day course starting in October 2017.
The course is designed to provide individuals pursuing a career in aircraft maintenance with a university level education. It is designed to complement EASA Part 66 training and is intended to give students an academic standing in the broader field of the industry in which they will be working.
The Diploma in Aviation Maintenance will provide successful students of the programme with a university qualification that will contribute to their career progression in the aviation maintenance sector. Focussing on the technical and regulatory aspects, it provides a sound technical basis for professionals in the sector wishing to further extend their qualifications into aviation maintenance management.
