The UniDesk Self-Service Portal will be unavailable for some minutes on Friday 29 October 2021 between 12:00 - 12:30 due to urgent maintenance.
This will not affect users that are already logged into the UniDesk Self-Service Portal. The UniDesk Service should be considered at risk from 11:45 - 12:45.
To log a ticket while UniDesk is unavailable, please use the enquiry form or one of the other support channels listed on the IT Services Request help page.
