Second-Hand Book Sale as part of the European Week for Waste Reduction

As part of the European Week for Waste Reduction, the Library will be holding a second-hand book sale with books donated by UM staff. The selection includes fiction, non-fiction, Melitensia, children’s books, cookbooks, textbooks, and more - all in good condition. The aim is to support sustainability through reuse. Held on the Library terrace, the sale will also feature three artisans whose work focuses on sustainability.

The proceeds from this book sale will directly fund a new Art Installation Project at the Library. This piece will be designed to promote sustainability and raise environmental awareness among our community.

By giving pre-loved books a second life, you’ll be contributing both to the EWWR's goals and to a lasting, impactful project on Campus.
