Speakers at a PN Rally (1976)

Here are a couple of snapshots from a PN street rally in Valletta in the summer of 1976. One shows Guido de Marco vigorously exhorting the crowd. Actually, the crowd was quite small and could have been addressed without the formidable sound system that boomed the speeches far and wide.

The other picture catches the two main speakers in a more subdued interval, with Guido de Marco standing behind the then Leader of the Opposition, George Borg Olivier.
