The main objective of the Estates & Works Office is the management of all land and buildings appertaining to the University of Malta, including the overall management of construction and maintenance projects on University property.
The Estates & Works Office performs a number of important functions. It is responsible for the management of new construction projects as well as the management and implementation of both preventive and unscheduled maintenance works. It aims at providing innovative perspectives to enhance the atmosphere on campus through its Precincts Office and the Facilities Management Office.
