certificates. It is highly desirable that you obtain this certificate
in your home country, prior to your arrival in Malta. This ensures

REQUIREMENT, BUT STILL WANT TO STUDY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MALTA AS
VISITING STUDENTS, MAY GET AN OFFICIAL LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FROM
THEIR UNIVERSITY INDICATING THAT THEIR LEVEL OF ENGLISH IS ADEQUATE FOR
THEM TO FOLLOW LECTURES AT UNDERGRADUATE LEVEL WITH PROFIT.
