DESCRIPTION Beyond the academic circles, within the creative industries presentations and project pitches are an instrumental component in professional practice. Being capable of designing and delivering abstract concepts and ideals to an audience that is not necessarily familiar with the intricacies of the subject matter is a key skill that the students need to develop in order to progress within the creative sector.

The study-unit will help develop confidence while delivering a pitch or articulating an idea to a specific public. It builds on the professional experience of the Department's knowledge and experience in being both at the giving as well as the receiving end of presentations and pitches and presentations, guiding students to best practices in the area.
