| DESCRIPTION | Short Study-Unit Description: The study-unit covers the nature and purpose of counselling in one to one counselling settings, the role of the counsellor, counsellor attitudes and qualities, client centered therapy based on humanistic school and Carl Rogers’ theory, stages and dynamics of counselling, with reference to Gerard Egan’s model. Counselling skills will be practiced in group sessions and supplemented with role-play of counselling sessions on video.
