| DESCRIPTION | El objetivo de esta asignatura es la presentacion de los aspectos principales del componente sintactico del espanol tales como oracion simple y oracion compuesta, partes de la oracion, funciones sintacticas, semanticas e informativas y unidades superiores a la oracion (de la oracion al texto). The aim of this study-unit is the presentation of the main syntactic components of Spanish, such as compound sentences, simple sentences, parts of speech, syntactic functions, semantics, information and units larger than the sentence. Study-unit Aims: Consolidar y ampliar los conocimientos adquiridos previamente por los estudiantes en la asignatura Aspects of Spanish Language & Grammar 1 y solucionar lagunas y carencias. Consolidate and expand the knowledge previously acquired by students in Aspects of Spanish Language & Grammar 1 and address gaps and deficiencies. Learning Outcomes: 1. Knowledge & Understanding: By the end of the study-unit the student will be able to: - reconocer la estructura sintactica de la oracion en espanol; - identificar las diversas funciones presentes en la estructura oracional. - Recognizing the syntactic structure of sentences in Spanish; - Identifying the various functions present in sentence structure. 2. Skills: By the end of the study-unit the student will be able to: - analizar la estructura sintactica de la oracion; - comprender textos escritos complejos; - escribir textos correctos en espanol. - Analyze the syntactic structure of the sentence; - Understand complex written texts; - Write correctly in Spanish.
