DESCRIPTION Tchoukball is a relatively new sport only being introduced in the 1970s. It is played with 2 teams of 7 players each. This sport is a fast, explosive and contactless game where you would improve your fitness, reactions and decision-making skills. Overall it is a fun way to get active and get to know other people! Sessions will be around 1 hour long twice a week over a period of 8-12 weeks.

Unit Material:

Appropriate unit material will be provided by the tutor during the sessions.

Assessment:

Attendance is obligatory and students need to have a minimum of 50% attendance.

In keeping with the spirit of Degree Plus, there is no formal assessment associated with the unit. A certificate of attendance and of satisfactory completion of the unit will be provided at the end of the semester.

 
ADDITIONAL NOTES This unit may not be offered if there are an insufficient number of applicants.
