Transfer of Copyright


By replying to this agreement you are giving your consent to the transfer of copyright as stated below. To do this, kindly save and complete the PDF document supplying all the information requested and send by fax to:

This consent must reach ICoD by the time the paper is submitted. If you are submitting more than one paper, please complete a form for each paper, including the relevant details for each paper submitted. Only the principal author need submit this Agreement in the name of all the other authors.
