| Abstract: | Three-day-old baby girl, transferred to NPICU because of low saturations and a development of a murmur. Following a number of rigourous test and the appropriate investigations, she was diagnosed with Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA), a large Atrial Septal Defect, and a malaligned Ventricular Septal Defect. She was then transferred to Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) for corrective surgey. |
