| Abstract: | Case regarding a two-year-old boy who presented to A&E with a 7 day history of fever up to 101.8 ºF associated with symptoms of an upper respiratory tract infection with cough, vomiting and diarrhoea and bilateral non-purulent conjunctivitis and fissuring of the lips. Based on clinical findings the patient was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease and was treated accordingly. |
