| Abstract: | This report investigates the upskilling of unemployed adults in Malta. It provides an overview of the organisation of training for unemployed adults aged between 25 and 64 years. Subsequently, the report explores and discusses the range of services provided by the Employment and Training Corporation, Malta's public employment service. The report highlights a significant practice, namely the Vocational Education and Training Award in Child Care. |
