Abstract: The Book of Leviticus is hardly one of the more popular books of the Holy Bible. Its pages of laws are a little numbing to read, and not exactly inspiring for Biblical students and readers. In the Roman Catholic Lectionary's three-year cycle of Sunday readings, selections from Leviticus appear only twice. In the two-year weekday cycle, Leviticus is used just three times.
