| Abstract: | Food outlet owners in the University of Malta area and students currently enrolled at the University of Malta make up the sample for the online surveys. The results show that there is a positive correlation between a food outlet's perceived creativity and its perceived success. All outlet owners interviewed mentioned creativity as an important tool within a saturated market, whereas online survey respondents stated that creative efforts attract their attention. 87% of online survey respondents stated that positive online reviews are the one factor most indicative of food outlet success. |
