Abstract: | Nowadays many employees and managers may have access to their own business information whenever and wherever they are thanks to mobile ERP. These mobile business applications come in many forms and designs, each being restrictive to many factors such as the size of the business, or whether or not it is being accessed by an executive employee or by someone of a different level. However, ever since the amount of consumers entering the mobile market environment is rising, so too are the varieties of mobile personalisations and characteristics. With that being said, the aim of the project is to research and understand the current mobile ERP market together with the variety of different mobile user behaviours. A prototype mobile ERP solution will be designed, developed and tested to gain an insight on what users expect out of mobile ERP applications with what users actually obtain from such systems. |
