dc.description.abstractNorman Hamilton was born in St Julians on 28 April, 1941. He was educated at St Aloysius College. In 1961 he became the first and only Maltese disc-jockey with the British Forces Broadcasting Service (BFBS). In 1964 Norman Hamilton he was employed as a programme producer and presenter with Central Office of Information in London. Between 1967 and 1973 he was the originator and presenter of the first-ever live breakfast show on Rediffussion and Radio Malta.en_GB
