| Abstract: | This paper outlines Nursing Times Open Learning's position on the proposed collaboration between the Institute of Health Care (IHC) the University of Malta and Nursing Times Open Learning (NTOL) to provide the NTOL conversion programme for Maltese enrolled nurses to convert to State Registered Nurses. It will address the nature of the collaboration between the two institutions and the costs involved including the estimated final cost to the students. |
