Final publication of trilogy by Dr David Fabri presented to Rector

Dr David Fabri, Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Laws and former Head of Department of Commercial Law recently presented a copy of his third book forming a trilogy of publications covering financial services, company law and consumer protection.

The third and last volume deals with the development of consumer law In Malta, a subject the author has been actively involved in since 1978.  In fact, he had already pursued and tackled the subject originally in his law thesis in 1979 and later in his PhD in 2015.

Dr Fabri sits on the Board of Directors of the University’s three companies and also coordinates the Masters in Financial Services programme of studies. During the presentation to Rector, Prof. Alfred J Vella and to the Director Legal Services, Dr Angele Attard Chetcuti, Dr Fabri was congratulated on his work which provides a wealth of reference to students, practitioners and academics.

The three volumes authored and compiled by Dr David Fabri are published by Midsea Books.
