Innovative Horizons

For the second year in a row, the seminar 'Innovative Horizons', was organised by the Institute for Physical Education and Sport Studies (IPES).  This seminar brought together a selection of the best research studies carried out by IPES students in the areas of Sport and Physical Activity. Students who completed their BSc and MTL courses and who concluded their research works were recruited and invited to share their studies in short presentations to an audience composed of present  IPES students as well as other interested parties.

Throughout this seminar a number of undergraduate and postgraduate students shared their research studies which also included three project-based studies. The main target of this seminar is to share research findings amongst people working within sport and PA as well as to help  inspire other students who are at the start of their research journeys. This seminar has now become an IPES calendar event.
