Calling All Post-Sec Students: Shape the Future of Wellbeing!

The Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation (MEYR) has launched the EduVoices 2026 National Awareness Campaign. This is your chance to move beyond the classroom and influence the national conversation on mental health.
As post-secondary students, your role is to shift from reflection to solution-oriented thinking. Your insights will help the Directorate for Planning and Strategic Foresight shape a wellbeing-centered education system for the next generation.
💡 The Challenge: "Shaping Wellbeing-Centred Education"
Your submission should focus on the theme of creating a healthier educational environment. Possible focus areas include:
- What Wellbeing in Education means to you.
- Student voice in decision-making processes.
- Personal Wellbeing and strategies for the next generation.
🎨 How to Participate
You can participate individually, as a class, or as a group from your institution. Choose a format that best delivers your message:
- Short Videos (max 3 mins): This can include campaign pitches, policy-proposing formats, role plays, mini-TV promos, songs, or digital storytelling.
- Visual Arts: Student drawings, paintings, posters, photos, or collages.
🏆 Why Your Voice Matters
- National Platform: Winners will present their projects at the EduVoices 2026 national conference.
- Official Recognition: Top entries will receive a "Top Voice" badge/plaque and a commemorative certificate from the Directorate.
- Strategic Impact: Your ideas will serve as a reference point for future inclusive and safe practices across Maltese schools.
📅 Important Details
- Deadline: All work must be submitted by Tuesday, 30th June 2026 (extended from 5th June 2026).
- How to Submit: Use the official Microsoft Teams Form.
- Requirements: Include a title and a short sentence describing your work within the form.
- Results: Winners will be announced during the first term of the 2026-2027 scholastic year.
