Please be informed that smoking of any kind is prohibited on College Campus (all areas enclosed by boundary wall).

More than SIX (6) consecutive lectures

First year students with more than six consecutive lectures in a row, and would like to make the related changes to their time-tables, may request to have their time-table changed, if possible. Students are to send an email to Principal's Office by not later tha Friday 16 October 2026.

Change of options 

You can request a change of subject by Friday 30 October 2026. Approval is subject to administrative constraints, whereas for second-year students, the endorsement of the respective Subject Coordinator is required. After this date, you may still submit a request for consideration for a change of subjects by not later than the last Friday of November, subject to certain conditions. No further changes will be allowed after this.

Request for Exemption from Subject/s

Students who are already in possession of a pass in one or more of the obligatory subject/s, may request to be exempted from continuing to study the subject/s. The following form needs to be completed. Until you request has been accepted, you should continue attending sessions. Check your eSIMS JC account for updates.
