Furry visitors on campus on International Dog Day!

They’re loyal, loving, and always ready to brighten our days: dogs have truly earned the title of human’s best friend.

On International Dog Day 2025, the University community came together to celebrate that special bond in the most heart-warming way.

Staff members who share their lives with dogs of all shapes and sizes came together for a heart-melting meet-up at the University’s Msida Campus — right at the heart of the Dun Karm Piazza.

Around 30 dogs joined the fun, filling the square with wagging tails, playful barks, and an infectious sense of joy. The atmosphere was buzzing with paw-sitive energy, as colleagues and their four-legged companions celebrated the special bond between humans and dogs.
