University of Malta Futsal set for Super Cup showdown against Luxol Futsal

The Malta Futsal Super Cup Final will take place on 28 February at 17:00 at the National Sports School, featuring a high-profile clash between league champions Luxol St Andrew's Futsal and Knockout Cup winners the University of Malta Student's Futsal Team.

The men’s final will be played immediately after the women’s final, setting the stage for a Saturday afternoon of elite Maltese futsal competition.

The Super Cup traditionally brings together the previous season’s League winners and Knockout Cup champions, making it one of the most anticipated fixtures on the domestic futsal calendar.

Luxol St Andrew’s enter the contest as reigning league champions, while University of Malta Futsal secured their place in the fixture following their triumph in the Knockout Cup.

For University of Malta Futsal, the occasion represents an opportunity to begin the season with silverware and continue building momentum at national level. The club is calling on students, alumni, and supporters to attend and create a strong university presence in the stands.

Entrance is free, and all students are encouraged to attend and support the team in what promises to be a competitive and high-intensity encounter.

Further updates will be shared on the University of Malta Futsal social media channels in the lead-up to the match, especially Facebook and Instagram.
