Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Staff Training

The University of Malta is organising a staff training session on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

This three-hour, class-based workshop is open to all members of staff and aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to the key principles of EDI. Participants will gain an understanding of the University’s related policies and resources while exploring practical ways to foster inclusivity within their work and interactions.

Through interactive discussions and real-life case studies, attendees will learn how to actively support and promote a culture of equity, respect, and belonging across the University community.
