Save the Dates: Virtual Open Day & Virtual University Visit

Are you studying or interested in design? Want to learn how design can be protected and why this is important for a designer?

The EUIPO will be launching a Virtual Open Day, on 8 October 2025 from 10:30 to 12:30 CEST. Join the event and:

• Discover what is design in intellectual property (IP) and why protecting design matters.
• Learn how the EUIPO supports innovation and creativity in the EU.
• As a current or future designer, explore the DesignEuropa Awards, the EUIPO’s initiative celebrating excellence in European design.
• Get access to IP learning resources for design students and academics.

The EUIPO also invites you to save the date for an upcoming Virtual University Visit on the 12 November 2025 at 10:30 CET. This would be of interest to those students who are considering applying for the EUIPO Traineeship which will be opened in 2026.
