APERTURE PropTech MOOC & €5,000 Innovation Competition

Students, researchers, and professionals are invited to participate in the upcoming APERTURE Information Event in Malta, organised by AcrossLimits Ltd. as part of the EU-funded APERTURE project. This initiative focuses on innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship within the construction and property (PropTech) sectors, exploring how digital technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation can help create smarter, more sustainable cities.

The event will introduce the APERTURE project and provide details about the free 20-hour online MOOC, designed to equip participants with practical knowledge in digital innovation, green construction, smart cities, human-centred urban design, and real estate finance. The course offers valuable skills to support both academic growth and professional development.

Participants will also have the opportunity to compete in the APERTURE Business Plan Competition, where three winning teams will each receive €5,000 for innovative PropTech ideas with strong sustainability impact, along with dedicated mentorship support.
