The University of Malta is launching a new Movement Activator pilot program.
We’re looking for 12 offices to trial "Exercise Snacks": quick, fun, and inclusive movements designed to boost energy and overall well-being.
Why join?
Time-Efficient: Sessions last only 5–10 minutes. Zero Hassle: No gym clothes or equipment required. Exercises are chair-based or light movement.Expert Led: Guided by trained UM Movement Activators under the supervision of Prof. Andrew Decelis.
When: 5 consecutive Thursdays at 10:30 (starting late February).
Where: Right in your office!
Commitment: A 10-minute chat to start, weekly mini-sessions, and a quick feedback check-in at the end.
This initiative is a collaboration between the Institute for Physical Education & Sport and the Office for Human Resources Management & Development to support a healthier UM workplace.
