SGroup Intercontinental Academic Exchange Programme (ICON) - 2026

The SGroup ICON Programme offers academic/administrative staff and PhD candidates the opportunity to participate in a short-term mobility experience at a partner institution abroad, promoting professional development, knowledge exchange, and international cooperation.

Call Timeline:

7 January 2026 to 23 February 2026

Eligibility:

European full-member universities: candidates may apply for mobility outside Europe, including the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Africa regions.

Associate-member universities: candidates may apply for mobility within one of SGroup’s European institutions (full members).

Application Process:

- Review the ICON Programme Guide 2026 (included on the website).

- Complete the online application form via the ICON platform

- Submit the application before the relevant deadline.

- Applicants will receive an automatic confirmation email upon submission.

- Applications will be evaluated, and results will be communicated in due course.
