Traineeship opportunity at EPO and EUIPO

We are pleased to share that the Pan-European Seal (PES) Programme will be launched at the end of this month. This is an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates interested in international careers, innovation, and intellectual property.

The PES is a 12-month paid professional traineeship initiative of the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), designed to bridge higher education and the labour market. It offers hands-on, international work experience within leading European institutions aiming to promote intellectual property awareness and innovation across Europe, support the transition from academia to professional life and strengthen collaboration between universities and European institutions.

This opportunity is open to final-year students and recent graduates (typically within two years of graduation). The programme is open to students from all Faculties however those following STEAM subjects are strongly encouraged to apply.

Ahead of this we invite you to join the EUIPO Virtual University Visit on the 14 January between 10:30 - 12:30 CET to:
•      Learn about the EUIPO’s role in IP protection across the EU
•      Explore different types of intellectual property rights
•      Discover traineeship and early-career opportunities
