Dr Liam Butler is the Guest Editor for a Special Issue of esteemed electronics journal

Dr Liam Butler, a Research Support Officer at the Department of Systems & Control Engineering within the University’s Faculty of Engineering, was chosen to be one of two guest editors for an upcoming special issue of a well-known and esteemed electronics journal, called Electronics. The special edition is called ‘Trustworthy AI for Bioinformatics, EHRs and Remote Monitoring.’

Electronics is a multidisciplinary journal designed to appeal to a diverse audience of research scientists, practitioners, and developers in academia and industry. The journal is devoted to fast publication of latest technological breakthroughs, cutting-edge developments, and timely reviews of current and emerging technologies related to the broad field of electronics.

Manuscript submissions are being welcomed until 15 May 2026.
