Celaine Buhagiar is a creative leader, producer, and cultural advocate whose work is grounded in storytelling, collaboration, and community-building. As Station Manager of Campus 103.7, the University of Malta’s educational and cultural radio station, she has played a pivotal role in shaping both the station’s creative direction and its long-term development.
