The Equity Office will host the official launch of Dear Woman, a thought-provoking art installation by visual artist Kathrine Maj, on 26 November 2025 at 11:30am at the UM Library Exhibition Area (Level 1, Msida Campus).
Presented as part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, the exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the transition from girlhood to womanhood through personal testimonies and archival material contributed by women. The installation will remain open to the public until 10 December 2025.
The Artist
Kathrine Maj is a Danish Visual artist currently based in Malta. She graduated with a BA Honours in Fine Arts from the University of Malta. She is the Founder and creative director of R Gallery in Sliema and forms part of the curatorial team for the Maltese National Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2026.
