A programme of free guided tours will be held throughout the day. Tours in Maltese are scheduled for 11:00 and 15:00 while tours in English will take place at 13:00-17:00. Between 11:00 and 15:00 a plant sale will also be held at Argotti Gardens.
Ġenna ta’ Ġonna is Floriana’s annual open day, with a number of green and cultural spaces welcoming visitors and offering special activities. Other initiatives taking place in connection with the event include an outdoor eco market in Floriana and free public activities at cultural venues.
The event offers an opportunity for the public to discover Argotti’s natural and scientific heritage while enjoying one of Floriana’s best-known historic gardens.
