Drawing as Language

A book presentation and exhibition celebrating Drawing as Language: The Concept Drawings of Richard England. The event also highlights a selection from the 544 concept drawings graciously donated by Richard England to the University of Malta and housed at the Cabinet of Drawings and Prints within the Valletta Campus Library.

Organised by the University of Malta Gallery of Art, Valletta Campus and Midsea Books, the event will take place on 22 January 2026 at 18:00 at the Valletta Campus Library. It offers insight into drawing as a vital architectural language. Speakers include Architect Alberto Miceli Farrugia, Prof. Richard England, Prof. Conrad Thake and Prof. Keith Sciberras.
