Over the course of the project a number of consortium meetings are held. During these meetings representatives from each country come together for meetings held over two to three days.  Activities usually include presentations, workshops and discussion fora involving the following:

• planning of initiatives to attract teacher-participants and schools in the project;
• reviewing implemented activities (e.g.: PD courses);
• sharing challenges and lessons learned;
• discussing dissemination and communication strategies adopted by individual countries; and
• planning the way forward

These meetings are attended by representatives from the Faculty of Education (UM) and members of the Ministry staff (MEDE).
