On the 22nd of August, SMARTCLAP was disseminated during the International Design Engineering Technical Conferences (IDETC) by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Prof. Philip Farrugia and Matthew Bonello took part in the Design Tool Showcase hosted by DFMLC, to present stemming results following studies on how additive manufacturing can influence the experience of children when they interact with smart wearables. This was also a great opportunity to disseminate our new novel smart wearable, DigiClap. Thank you to the participants who took part in our study and made this possible.
