The Malta MAPS Workshop is organized by the Department of European and Comparative Law, Faculty of Laws, University of Malta, within the framework of the MAPS Jean Monnet Network.

The Jean Monnet Network MAPS (led by the Università di Napoli, L'Orientale) aims to create an international platform of knowhow on legal tools and best practices for stakeholders, in order to provide a coherent framework for risk assessment and sustainable management of different implementation on migration and asylum policies in EU member States. 

The Department of European and Comparative Law of the Faculty of Laws, University of Malta, has a fine and long tradition of teaching and research into all areas of European Union Law. Established in 1993, runs a full range of courses in European Law at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

The Workshop is co-funded by the Erasmus + Programme of the European Union
