Employees attitude : the case of the Water Services Corporation regions

Abstract

I chose to embark on my undergraduate dissertation, specifically on Employees Attitude at the Water Services Corporation. Although the attitude of employees is a strategic segment for the water supply it must be noted that this arena has been highly under researched. A profile of the Water Services Corporation is presented. This is complimented by a detailed literature review concerning the various theories of segmentations of employee's attitudes, within the Water Services Corporation. These specify diverse notions ranging from Motivation Theories, Investment Model, and Production Consistency, Assessment of the Workplace and potential mobility and psychology. I have not just presented the theoretical viewpoints, but even sought to go beyond their more insightful initial implications. Research methodology ensures a highly empirical approach. Their findings are latter presented and interpreted. In conclusion a number of insightful suggestions are presented.
