| Abstract: | In our fast and noisy world much use is mode of audio-- visual aids in all spheres of life, commercial, educational, social, political and in the world of entertainment. The Church, the Mystical Body of Jesus has the mission to evangelize the peoples today, in the present circumstances and actual atmosphere is the ' Spouse ' of the Lord always trying to be attractive with appealing endowments to all sincere seekers of truth and virtue. Liturgy is the summit towards which all the activity of the Church is directed (Liturgical Constitution No. 10). Through the Library the Church exposes her doctrines helps her faithful to communicate with God and the Almighty and directs men of good the will to live Christianity in their specific roles. Children are the ones whom Jesus loves. Besides they are the youths and adults of tomorrow. The Church following her Head's steps gives great importance to catechise young people. Thus in our effort to update out apostolate among children we cannot but give great importance to present liturgy attractive, effective and fruitful to children. I may add a personal motive, for choosing this subject, because of my vocation as a member of the Society of Christian Doctrine (i.e. M.U.S.E.U.M.) which caters principally for the religious welfare of children. |
