| Abstract: | The publication is a joint project by the Department of Public Law of the University and the Law Students Association. The initiative revisits from a very critical modern perspective developments over the past 50 years which made the Constitution of Malta what it is today at the institutional level and at the Human Rights protections in Malta. The book includes contributions by the President, Ugo Mifsud Bonnici, Michael Frendo, Alex Sceberras Trigona, Tonio Borg, David Zammit Giovanni Bonello and Evelyn Borg Costanzi. |
