| Abstract: | Initially started as an OEM manufacturing German family business based in Malta in 1966, it was acquired by US Methode in 1997. Malta counting the likes of General Motors, Ford, Jaguar, Mazda, Volvo, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, and Aston Martin among its clients – jostling for strategic relevance amid other subsidiaries in the US, Mexico, Germany, China and India, becomes a plausible concern. |
